TSP is seeking a Professional Services Project Coordinator to join the Customer Experience (CX) team in Atlanta. You will guide clients through the implementation phase, ensuring timely delivery and keeping all stakeholders informed of status and objectives.

Your exceptional organizational skills will build confidence from the outset as you coordinate plans, risks, and milestones across multiple SaaS implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer implementations or onboarding and project management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer-facing presence with excellent communication.
• BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Experience with SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client product implementations and manage dependencies and deliverables on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements within budget.
• Create and manage project plans, facilitate calls, maintain timelines, and report status.
