Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading real estate information and analytics company, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees multiple software implementations, reporting to the Director of Project Management, and demands strong leadership across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep SDLC and enterprise implementation experience, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale SaaS implementations is required.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects and define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct project planning, create granular schedules, and manage resources.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior PMs.
• Manage change, budget, risk, and stakeholder expectations across programs.
• Communicate status to executives and customers with clear metrics.
