Euna Solutions is seeking a Team Lead, Professional Services in Atlanta. You will lead the Implementation team and serve as the primary customer contact, guiding onboarding from scoping to adoption while collaborating with sales, product, customer success and support.

This hybrid role requires strong SaaS implementation experience, client-facing leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will mentor a team of Implementation Managers, drive process improvements, and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in SaaS.
• Advanced understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead workshops and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software applications and address implementation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding as primary contact and guide end-to-end implementation.
• Perform basic project management ensuring clear communications and risk assessment.
• Configure product settings, workflows, and integrations per client requirements.
• Collaborate across sales, product, customer success, and support for a seamless transition.
• Develop training and documentation to support customer adoption of the SaaS product.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues and escalate when needed.
• Lead and coach a team of Implementation Managers and foster a collaborative environment.
