Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project management experience, especially in external, customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale SaaS implementations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software implementations for customers.
• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and scope with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status through governance meetings and reports.
