Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for Atlanta, GA to oversee multiple software implementations for key customers. The role reports to the Director of Project Management and emphasizes leadership across sales, delivery, and financial management within a PMO framework.

The ideal candidate brings deep SDLC expertise, enterprise implementation experience, and the ability to manage requirements, resources, and timelines end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a proven work history.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience, especially in external, customer facing roles.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale SaaS implementations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation; define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Create and maintain granular project schedules and track resources.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams; manage change, budgets, risks and PMO processes.
• Communicate status to executives and stakeholders; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
