Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Manager I to lead and support a team delivering OpenGov solutions across customer deployments. You will oversee data preparation, workflow documentation, and product configuration to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-satisfaction implementations.

Responsibilities include mentoring analysts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to scale delivery efficiency and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting.
• GIS software experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and/or Implementation Consultants.
• Oversee data requirements gathering, platform configuration, and administrator training.
• Support team in troubleshooting data formatting, system logic, and configuration workflows.
• Ensure delivery consistency and quality by reinforcing implementation methodology and standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align expectations and drive outcomes.
• Monitor team utilization, delivery metrics, and portfolio health to ensure successful implementations.
