Job summary

OpenGov Inc. seeks a Manager I to lead a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants delivering OpenGov solutions. You will guide data preparation, workflows, and product configuration, mentoring teammates to meet on-time, on-budget deployments and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize delivery and continuously improve processes. A strong technical and leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience performing the listed responsibilities.
• 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting.
• GIS software experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with customers at all organizational levels with professionalism.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and/or Implementation Consultants.
• Oversee data requirements gathering, platform configuration, and administrator training.
• Troubleshoot data formatting, system logic, and configuration workflows.
• Ensure delivery quality and reinforce methodology and technical standards.
• Support complex projects with data transformation and workflow optimization.
• Align customer expectations with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery.
• Track team utilization and project portfolio health.
• Identify risks and develop resolution strategies across portfolios.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scaling the implementation team.
