OpenGov is modernizing government operations and seeks a Manager II, Professional Services to lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants. You will own delivery quality, drive portfolio outcomes, and translate strategy into scalable processes, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate has deep technical acumen, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the presence to influence outcomes beyond their group. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project delivery experience in SaaS/tech implementation.
• Proven people management experience including performance coaching.
• Track record managing complex multi-project portfolios with customer focus.
• Strong technical acumen: data prep, system config, workflow logic, product architecture.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders from end users to executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build trust cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical thinking and systems orientation; model complex workflows.
• Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants; includes hiring, onboarding, performance management.
• Translate delivery plans into operational processes; establish standards and quality benchmarks.
• Track portfolio health: utilization, delivery metrics, project risk; protect outcomes.
• Escalation point for complex challenges; drive timely resolution.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to improve delivery quality and set accurate expectations.
• Partner with customers to translate business needs into implementation strategy for kickoff to go-live.
• Identify patterns and develop scalable solutions to reduce friction and improve efficiency.
• Champion team culture, accountability, and continuous development.
• Share insights to influence delivery methodology and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramp planning to meet pipeline demand.
