Job summary

OpenGov is modernizing government operations and seeks a Manager II, Professional Services to lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants. You will own delivery quality, drive portfolio outcomes, and translate strategy into scalable processes with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project delivery experience in SaaS/tech implementation.
• Demonstrated people management including coaching and development.
• Proven track record managing multi-project portfolios with strong outcomes.
• Strong technical and analytical acumen for data, config, and workflows.
• Experience engaging with executives and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional judgment.
• Travel willingness around 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a team of analysts/consultants.
• Translate delivery plans into scalable processes and standards.
• Track utilization, metrics, and risk to protect outcomes.
• Escalate and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Align with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Identify patterns and develop scalable process improvements.
• Foster a culture of accountability and growth.
• Contribute to PS strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramp planning.
