Job summary

Stampli is seeking an Implementation Consultant/Onboarding Specialist to lead customers through onboarding from kickoff to Go Live. You will own end-to-end implementations, ensuring successful ERP and Procure-to-Pay workflows, adoption, and long-term value.

The role emphasizes discovery, solution design, configuration, and execution in a fast-moving scale‑up environment. You will partner across Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to guide customers, navigate complex requirements, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role focusing on post-sales onboarding or professional services
• Proven experience owning complex implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Strong background in implementation consulting, ERP or P2P deployments
• Hands-on ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, or similar) and data/workflow mapping

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to map customer processes and ERP environments
• Own onboarding from kickoff through go-live, balancing timelines and goals
• Configure Stampli to align with customer workflows while ensuring scalability
• Advise on best practices, set expectations, and drive adoption and outcomes
• Manage stakeholders across accounting, IT, and leadership with clear, structured meetings
