FRONTSTEPS, headquartered in Denver, is hiring a Solution Delivery Specialist to own a high-volume portfolio of SaaS implementations from post-contract handover to go-live and billing initiation.

You will translate complex configurations into clear SOPs, design group training, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a seamless transition and quick time-to-value. This is a hands-on professional services role focusing on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing SaaS implementations and onboarding.
• Ability to translate requirements into software configurations.
• Experience delivering structured group training and documenting user workflows.
• Proven ability to manage 20+ active projects concurrently.
• Understanding of how onboarding speed affects ARR and retention.
• Comfort with AI tools and automated workflows to speed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of SaaS implementations, including configuration and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into accurate configurations and data mappings.
• Create repeatable SOPs and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance for smooth post-contract transition.
• Use AI tools to streamline onboarding and increase portfolio velocity.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and guide clients to maximize value.
• Analyze onboarding metrics and improve delivery playbooks.
