Job summary

Rentvine seeks a results-driven Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations, from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You will own the plan, scope work, write SOWs, and keep teams aligned to commitments while guiding clients through data migration and configuration.

The role requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex portfolios across multiple clients while coordinating with Sales, Accounting, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or professional services projects — B2B SaaS ideally.
• Real experience scoping work and writing SOWs.
• Comfort walking into a conversation cold. You'll be scoping accounts where you don't know anyone and need to pull real answers quickly.
• Experience carrying a full portfolio at once and managing multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the project: run a portfolio of client implementations end to end from kickoff to go-live and post-launch.
• Scope the work and write the SOW: define scope, estimates, and change orders with clear deliverables.
• Keep it on track: manage risks, dependencies, and timelines; ensure go-live readiness.
• Lead the client: be the single point of accountability from kickoff to close-out; drive regular check-ins and milestones.
• Get the data right: coordinate with accounting and data specialists on migration, validation, and cut-over.
