Shopmonkey is hiring an Implementation Manager to serve as the primary liaison during customer implementations. You will deliver exceptional customer service across the product suite and train customers to onboard successfully.

Join a dynamic, startup-style team in a hybrid Morgan Hill environment (2–3 days on-site) that values proactive problem-solving and cross‑department collaboration while you learn the Shopmonkey automotive platform and contribute to customers' growth.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or automotive industry knowledge
• Clear, professional communication style
• Enjoys creative problem solving and new challenges
• Exceptional project management with ability to multi-task
• Self-directed learner with motivation to succeed
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can handle ambiguity
• Familiar with SaaS business models and tools
• Bachelor’s degree a plus (related education)

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process

• Assist in training customers to ensure successful onboarding
