Shopmonkey is seeking a Customer Success Manager to empower customers, drive adoption, and grow relationships across accounts of all sizes on our platform. You will collaborate with sales, implementation, support, and product teams to ensure customers achieve success throughout their journey.

This remote role supports Mexico-based candidates; you will manage onboarding, product walkthroughs, renewals, and upsell opportunities while championing customer voices to improve the platform.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in customer success or client-facing SaaS.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk or Gainsight.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, including corporate accounts and users.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure high engagement and platform adoption.
• Drive onboarding and product adoption; address challenges with effective solutions.
• Manage account health, renewals, and upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales.
• Act as voice of the customer; relay feedback to product and support teams.
