Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment. Hybrid work options available in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process.
• Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas.
• Assist in training customers to ensure a successful beginning of a new journey.
• Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments.
• Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers grow their business.
• Learn Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry.
