United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to serve as the main contact during customer implementations, delivering top-tier SaaS-based support across product areas. You will train customers for a successful rollout and coordinate deliverables with internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a knack for problem solving within a dynamic startup. Flexible, hybrid schedule in the San Jose area may apply.

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or automotive industry knowledge
• Clear, professional, friendly and informative communication style
• Enjoy creative problem solving and taking on new challenges
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
• Self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed
• Thrive in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
• Related education background (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Familiar with a SaaS business model and tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process
• Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas
• Assist in training customers to ensure the successful beginning of a new customer journey
• Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
• Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
• Learn all about the company product suite and automotive industry
