Shopmonkey Inc. is hiring an Associate Payments Adoption Manager in a hybrid role serving the San Jose, CA area with in-office collaboration two days per week in Morgan Hill. The role focuses on expanding Shopmonkey Payments adoption and optimizing customer outcomes for auto shops.

The candidate should have B2B SaaS and embedded payments experience, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to exceed monthly quotas. Spanish language skills are a bonus; equity and benefits are included.

• Ability to collaborate and lead by example.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor on calls.
• Ability to articulate product value with clarity.

Responsabilités

• Prospect into our customer base to maximize Shopmonkey Payments usage.
• Collaborate with Leadership to plan growth for shops using Shopmonkey Payments.
• Conduct in-depth rate analysis on internal and competitor rates.
• Become an expert in card processing for online and in-person transactions.
• Promote card reader terminals and fintech solutions to customers.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Shopmonkey core and Payments offerings.
• Ensure CRM is used effectively and data is up-to-date.
• Meet and exceed monthly quota and daily KPIs.
