Job summary

Shopmonkey is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Best-in-Class Implementation Team. Hybrid role for candidates in the San Jose area, with 2–3 days per week on-site at our Morgan Hill office for team collaboration.

You will serve as the main point of contact during customer implementations, deliver top-tier support, and help train customers to begin their journey with our Shopmonkey product suite. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience or automotive industry knowledge
• Clear, professional, friendly and informative communication style
• Enjoy creative problem solving and taking on new challenges
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
• Self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed
• Thrives in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
• Related education background (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Familiar with SaaS business models and tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process
• Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas
• Assist in training customers to ensure a successful beginning of a new customer journey
• Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
• Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
