Job summary

Join Meltwater as an Implementation Manager in Austin, TX, leading onboarding for new clients and driving swift adoption of key features. You’ll partner with account teams to configure the solution, build custom reports, and deliver training that aligns with client goals.

You'll establish trust as a trusted advisor across Meltwater's SaaS platforms, manage project plans, and ensure timely delivery. This hybrid role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a passion for media and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in client-facing software implementation or onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and present training materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor the client experience.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with clients within the first 30–60 days.
• Lead and manage client implementations to ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop customized reports and dashboards for marketing, PR, and social campaigns.
• Conduct online and in-person training to enable platform proficiency.
• Track milestones and communicate status to internal and external teams.
• Uphold client satisfaction with proactive follow-up and clear communication.
