Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Consultant for the WorkMarket platform. You will serve as the primary consultant, onboarding new clients, understanding their objectives, and developing implementation plans to drive adoption.

You will configure solutions, validate requirements, manage milestones, and train clients for a seamless experience. You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Business-to-Business client implementation or related role.
• Experience leading SaaS software implementations or customer onboarding projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support client communications and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of ADP WorkMarket as the primary contact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure client outcomes.
• Translate client requirements into platform configurations and implementation plans.
• Deliver client training and best-practice guidance for successful adoption.
• Manage milestones and coordinate go-live activities for timely delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and project delivery.
• Maintain expertise in WorkMarket implementations and ADP products.
