Job summary

Meltwater is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive seamless onboarding for new clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of features. You will set up accounts, train client teams, and tailor configurations to meet client goals.

Reporting to the Regional Onboarding & Adoption Manager, you will deliver customized training, manage projects, and develop dashboards to demonstrate impact. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 1+ year in a client-facing role (software support ideal).
• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Empathy and ability to understand customer needs for rapid relationship development.
• Business acumen across departments and industry requirements; customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, prioritization, scheduling, and time management.
• Proven presentation skills; able to run online meetings and client trainings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple Meltwater teams to deliver a tailored, flawless onboarding experience.
• Initiate and nurture client relationships within 30–60 days of subscription.
• Lead and manage client implementations ensuring smooth transitions.
• Be a trusted advisor across Meltwater's SaaS platforms and configurations.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for client marketing, PR, and social campaigns.
• Conduct online and in-person training to boost platform proficiency.
