Job summary

Meltwater is seeking an Account Manager in a hybrid role in the United States. You will manage, renew, and drive growth within assigned SaaS-based client accounts, collaborating with Customer Success and Renewals teams to maximize long-term value.

You’ll build account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure strong relationships with key stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in account management are preferred, with excellent English communication expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in account management, ideally in SaaS or software.
• Strong strategic thinking with focus on retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage, renew, and grow assigned accounts post-transition from Client Acquisition.
• Drive long-term growth while coordinating renewals with Customer Success and Renewals teams.
• Develop account plans and strategies to optimize retention and expansion.
