You will partner with institutions to understand goals, recommend best practices, configure solutions, and manage training and timelines.

The role emphasizes client-focused, organized, and proactive problem solving across multiple priorities, with experience in higher education tech and SaaS valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, project management, or client services.
• Experience with client-facing roles and consultative guidance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation, from kickoff to launch and adoption.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining clear, proactive communication.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand goals, processes, and system needs.
• Advise on best practices for configuration and implementation.
• Translate client requirements into effective configuration, training, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful implementations.
