Job summary

Vitesse is seeking an Implementation Manager to own day‑to‑day delivery of client and partner implementations for our platform. You will turn sales commitments into a clear delivery plan, coordinate the right people, and align customers, partners, and internal teams from kickoff through go‑live.

This role is implementation‑owner first, with a focus on API‑driven integrations and data flows; deep technical design is provided by engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client implementations, onboarding, delivery management, project management, or implementation consulting in SaaS, FinTech, payments, or insurance.
• Strong project management discipline with multiple workstreams, owners, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort working with software engineers, product owners, technical integration leads, customer success, and operations.
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, environments, data formats, and basic data‑flow concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation plans, milestones, risks, actions, and stakeholder communications from kickoff through early‑life support.
• Translate requirements into practical delivery plans, RACIs, readiness checklists, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Be the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, partners, and internal teams with clear next steps.
• Coordinate setup across APIs, files, portals, environments, and test data with SME involvement.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture decisions, and elevate blockers with context and options.
• Support sandbox validation, UAT, defect triage, go‑live planning, and post‑launch support.
• Maintain implementation documentation including status updates, risk logs, and handover materials.
• Partner with various teams to improve delivery quality and repeatability.
