Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join the Dayforce Flex Work team. You will guide clients through discovery sessions, translate requirements into Dayforce configuration, and optimize the contingent workforce lifecycle.

You will collect data, analyze trends, and support data-driven decisions while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Dayforce Flex Work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SaaS enterprise software in implementation or consulting roles.
• Experience with SMB and large enterprise buyers.
• Understanding of open API integration frameworks.
• Ability to operate in an Agile organization and problem-solve thoroughly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to translate needs into system requirements for Dayforce Flex Work.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvements across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Configure and maintain Dayforce Flex Work including workflows, vendor management, and reporting.
• Collect and upload data, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decision making.
• Develop training materials and support end-user adoption.
• Manage UAT, log and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy.
