Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and testing Dayforce HCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, time tracking, and labour compliance regulations.
• Certification in Dayforce HCM or related HR/workforce management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyze workforce management requirements and workflows.
• Conduct workshops to gather detailed requirements for configuring Dayforce.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to client stakeholders on using Dayforce.
