Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join the Dayforce Flex Work team and lead client-facing discovery sessions, translating needs into concrete system requirements for the Dayforce Flex Work platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, analyze data, and drive improvements across the implementation lifecycle in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SaaS enterprise software in support, implementation, or consulting.
• Proven track record with SMB and large enterprise buyers.
• Experience with open API integration frameworks and partner discussions.
• Ability to operate in Agile environments and manage client expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions and translate needs into detailed system requirements for Dayforce Flex Work.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvements across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Dayforce Flex Work, including workflows and vendor management.
• Collect/upload data, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth integrations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Dayforce Flex Work issues to ensure data accuracy.
• Configure test scripts, manage UAT, and log/resolution of issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials and end-user documentation.
