AXL Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll Consultant to lead implementations and deployment of Dayforce HCM payroll solutions for clients. You will configure payroll to meet client requirements, manage data migrations, and provide training and support through the implementation lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, ongoing optimization, and staying current with Dayforce updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, CS, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years implementing Dayforce HCM with payroll focus.
• Strong payroll knowledge, tax rules, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in analyzing large data sets and data transformations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in Dayforce HCM or related HR/payroll systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with effective prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes and regulatory needs.
• Conduct workshops to gather functional and technical requirements for Dayforce Payroll.
• Configure Dayforce Payroll based on client requirements and best practices.
• Manage data migration to ensure accurate transfer into Dayforce.
• Develop and execute test plans; advise on variances between legacy and Dayforce.
• Perform system integration testing within Dayforce HCM.
• Provide comprehensive training to client stakeholders on Dayforce Payroll.
• Act as SME to address client queries and provide ongoing support.
• Create project plans and timelines for implementation activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document decisions, processes, and customizations during implementation.
• Prepare status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Dayforce Payroll updates and best practices.
• Recommend enhancements or additional modules for payroll operations.
