Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join the Dayforce Flex Work team. You will lead client-facing discovery, gather requirements, configure the platform, and drive optimization across the implementation lifecycle for contingent workforce management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, create training materials, and support UAT to ensure successful deployments in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SaaS enterprise software in a support, implementation, or consulting role.
• Experience working with SMB and large enterprise buyers.
• Understanding of open API integration frameworks to support integration discussions with partners.
• Diligent, thorough approach to preparation and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate within a nimble, Agile organization.
• Curious, inquisitive mindset—understands the 'why' for customers.
• Confident verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing incoming case queues, prioritizing and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to translate needs into detailed system requirements for Dayforce Flex Work.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvements across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Dayforce Flex Work including workflows, vendor management, and reporting.
• Collect and upload data, analyze trends, and optimize processes for data-driven decisions.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
• Configure test scripts, manage client UAT, and log and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and deliver training materials and support for end-user adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements to optimize contingent labor management.
