Job summary

Diligent Corporation is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative I to drive outbound pipeline and introduce potential clients to our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions. You will excel at prospecting, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with account executives to set demonstrations.

You should be energized by a target-driven environment, comfortable with cold outreach, and capable of building relationships with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Passion for a sales-driven, target-focused role.
• Solid understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to communicate product value quickly to executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a track record of influence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise with lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach to qualify opportunities and set meetings.
• Qualify right decision-makers with targeted questions.
• Build interest and influence new prospects toward demonstrations.
• Coordinate meetings and log activities in CRM; meet KPIs.
