Job summary

Thryv, Inc. is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to expand SaaS adoption among existing clients and win new business, largely outside the home office. You will engage clients, drive a sales pipeline, and meet quota while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

You will develop expertise in Thryv's software suite, navigate a remote-first environment, and maintain a valid driver's license with a within-1-hour commuting radius where required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS role.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge of the Thryv product suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new programs.
• 50% driving requirement and valid driver's license; within 1-hour commute.

Responsibilities

• Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales.
• Identifies and secures new SaaS clients through prospecting and referrals.
• Executes defined processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training.
• Outside Software Account Representative works >50% outside home office.
