Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative in Denver, CO. You will increase penetration with existing software clients and grow the SaaS client base by pursuing new opportunities, often meeting with clients outside the home office.

This role requires outbound prospecting, high activity, and strong relationship-building skills. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in direct SaaS sales, 2+ years in outbound sales, and the ability to work remotely with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong time management and ability to juggle priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing clients to grow penetration and engagement with software.
• Identify and pursue new SaaS clients to meet sales quotas.
• Conduct outside sales activities, with >50% of work outside home office.
• Partner with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy.
• Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of prospects and close deals.
