Job summary

SentriLock is seeking an Enablement Content Creator to design, develop, and govern content across the customer lifecycle. You will craft scalable learning experiences for onboarding, adoption, growth, and feature releases, while supporting internal employee development.

The role focuses on curriculum ownership, structured learning paths for admins and users, and collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure consistent, high-quality

Qualifications

• Five+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, enablement, training, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enablement content roadmap and backlog.
• Design persona-based learning journeys for customers and employees.
• Create training presentations, guides, videos, and microlearning modules.
• Apply adult learning principles and ensure accessible, reusable content.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams.
