Job summary

Hi Marley is seeking a Sr. Content Manager, Learning & Enablement to own the enablement content lifecycle—from audit to creation to measurement. You will establish design standards and governance across Help Center, training assets, and release materials, partnering with Product Documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, instructional design, or content governance within SaaS.
• Ability to design content systems (taxonomy, standards, governance) and create effective content hands-on.
• Strong instructional design instincts grounded in adult learning principles.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience aligning with Product, Operations or Customer Success without formal authority.
• Proficiency with AI and automation to improve output quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Audit enablement content across channels to identify what’s current, stale, or missing.
• Define a taxonomy and structure so teams can locate content easily.
• Set content standards and a repeatable update cadence for product evolution.
• Own the enablement content system as a source of truth with Product docs.
• Lead design and creation of complex enablement materials with instructional design.
