Job summary

SentriLock is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to lead people-readiness for onboarding engagements and deliver ongoing enablement across the customer lifecycle. You will assess needs, build persona-based enablement plans, facilitate learning, and measure readiness so admins, leaders, and end users can confidently use SentriLock solutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in customer enablement or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement workstreams for onboarding projects.
• Develop and maintain a documented Customer Enablement Plan defining audiences, learning objectives, delivery methods, milestones, customer responsibilities, readiness risks, reinforcement needs, and completion measures.
• Determine blend of virtual, onsite, webinar, and self-service learning based on customer complexity and risk.
• Integrate enablement milestones into the onboarding project plan.
• Manage multiple enablement engagements with independence and sound judgment.
• Conduct structured learning-needs and readiness assessments with customer stakeholders.
• Identify workflow gaps affecting adoption and develop readiness strategies.
• Establish persona-specific learning objectives and readiness expectations.
• Evaluate readiness before and after training and escalate material risks as needed.
• Provide documented readiness findings and recommendations at onboarding completion and handoff.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences across administrators, end users, leaders, and executives.
• Adapt curricula to customer workflows while preserving learning objectives.
• Deliver leadership briefings on sponsorship and adoption expectations.
• Offer ongoing coaching and reinforcement throughout onboarding and hypercare.
• Lead enablement for complex, enterprise engagements.
• Measure participation, learning, and program effectiveness using defined tools.
