Job summary

Clearstory is transforming the commercial construction sector by digitizing the change-order process with a first-of-its-kind SaaS platform. We’re building an Enablement function to craft training content, assets, and programs that empower sales teams to ramp quickly and sell confidently.

You’ll own onboarding decks, LMS content, and training materials, translating updates into clear, rep-ready messaging. This role reports to the Head of Enablement and offers remote work across the US, with

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build clear training materials from briefs.
• Experience translating product updates into sales-ready content.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding decks, training modules, and LMS content for AE/SDR hires.
• Create one-pagers, reference guides, and visual assets in Canva.
• Translate product updates into sales-ready messaging and content.
• Own asset versioning, updates, and organization for enablement.
• Create and maintain trainings in the LMS as the program grows.
• Support in-person delivery in California when needed.
• Develop new AI tools for rep development.
