Job summary

SH/FT is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support SaaS and platform deliveries, acting as the bridge between client needs and technical execution. You will report to a Sr. TPM and collaborate with the Head of Product and Project Management Operations within the PPMO.

You will own client delivery, cross-functional partnerships, and discovery scoping across Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and comparable enterprise SaaS engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context.
• Project Management fluency with clear communication and leadership to teams.
• Background spanning PM and PO; adaptable methodologies.
• Platform and SaaS delivery experience across enterprise environments.
• Web and software experience translating business to detailed specs and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Client delivery: lead project teams on migrations and development, managing budget and timeline.
• Cross-functional partnership: align delivery with engineering, operations, and client partners; flag risks and drive resolutions.
• Scoping and discovery: support discovery sessions, write scope assumptions, translate needs into scopes of work, develop SOWs.
