Job summary

Shift Paradigm, a consultancy bridging enterprise strategy and technical delivery, seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead our Technical Project & Product Management team.

You’ll own client engagements, define scope, and mentor a growing delivery practice as we expand into SaaS and platform engagements across Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce. You will report to the Head of Product and Project Management Operations, balancing billable client work with team development, and shaping

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in product ownership, delivery management, or a comparable role, with at least 2 years in a client-facing consultancy environment.
• Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context.
• Platform and SaaS delivery experience with website builds, migrations and feature development.

Responsibilities

• Scoping and discovery: define requirements, write assumptions, translate needs into scopes of work, develop SOWs.
• Team leadership: manage and mentor a small team of Technical Project Managers.
• Client delivery: carry billable work as a Technical Program Manager on client engagements (70% billable).
• Practice infrastructure: create templates, job aids, onboarding materials for consistent operations.
• Cross-functional partnership: align with PMs, engineering leads, and client partners to manage delivery and risks.
• Hiring and onboarding: participate in hiring and own onboarding of new team members.
