Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS professional services.
• 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing managers of technical delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong experience with cloud-based solutions, integrations, and technical delivery in a professional services capacity.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex cloud-based software projects.
• Strong background in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Dell Boomi, Google Cloud), software architecture, and SaaS delivery models.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical delivery organization comprised of integration and data migration teams; manage leaders and ensure success of Technical Delivery.
• Mentor, develop, and allocate resources; drive staffing and address client project escalations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from scoping to post-launch support, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with services leadership, project/product managers, and client success teams to ensure timely delivery and integration with client systems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership when needed, reviewing code and configurations and guiding teams through complex problems.
