Job summary

Moody's seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization. You will align roadmaps with technical architecture, manage cross-team workstreams, and drive cadence for successful deliveries.

This role requires 4-7 years in software program management, strong communication, and experience with release strategies, risk management, and enterprise integrations. US salary range noted in posting.

Qualifications

4-7 years of program/project management in software, incl. 2+ years leading large SaaS programs.
Experience with end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch and stabilization.
Strong knowledge of SaaS delivery, release strategies, reliability, and operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance.
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) across mixed methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.
Familiarity with enterprise integrations (SSO/SAML, APIs) and data migrations.

Responsibilities

Lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and stabilization.
Drive discovery, scope, milestones, and execution across release and stabilization phases.
Translate product vision into an integrated plan with architecture and capacity alignment.
Coordinate workstreams across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support, GTM.
Establish operating cadence with standups, reviews, dependency syncs, and launch readiness.
Own dependency and critical-path management, surfacing issues early and guiding resolutions.
Manage risk and change, proposing mitigations and escalating with decisions.
Lead launch readiness and go-live activities with test strategy and security approvals.
Improve execution systems with scalable templates, playbooks, and dashboards.
