Job summary

MarginPoint is seeking a full-time project manager to lead development projects from concept to launch. You will collaborate with product, business, and development teams to drive execution, ensure schedules are met, and maintain PM standards.

The role requires Agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a web/SaaS PM role (or equivalent), a CS degree, and a solid SDLC understanding.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in web/SaaS PM role or leading development teams.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of project processes: scheduling, documentation, risk analysis, contingency planning.
• Strong understanding of development, testing, deployment, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with product, business and development teams to drive execution.
• Ensure launches align with published schedules.
• Establish and maintain project management standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to educate, influence, and execute.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously and manage agile delivery.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical roles; identify risks and gaps.
