Job summary

iCIMS seeks a Manager in Account Services to work closely with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while driving renewal rates and expanding product adoption. You will participate in sales presentations, develop client references with Marketing, and manage multiple accounts with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Experience in client relations and HR systems and/or software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with iCIMS customers to ensure needs and expectations are met.
• Participate in sales presentations via conference calls, seminars, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop client references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Proactively contact assigned clients and work towards renewal.
• Handle escalated customer issues.
