Job summary

iCIMS is a fast-growing cloud-based software company seeking a Manager for the Account Services Department in New Jersey. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations, advising on optimal use of iCIMS products and services.

The role requires strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, travel as needed, and experience with HR systems or software projects. A Bachelor degree is required, and prior client relations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with HR systems and/or software project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and identify customer needs.
• Communicate best and most efficient methods of utilizing iCIMS products.
• Participate in sales presentations, on-site meetings, and client surveys.
• Develop client references, case studies, and testimonials with Marketing.
• Aim for high renewal rates and escalate customer issues as needed.
