Wing Assistant is seeking an Account Executive to be the first contact for business executives and deliver a best-in-class representation of our services. You’ll join a select sales team accelerating global growth and building meaningful relationships across industries.

This role demands hunter energy, grit, and a growth mindset. You’ll own the pipeline, run virtual demos, follow up relentlessly, and partner with senior sales to hit revenue targets while continually refining messaging.

Formación

• 2–3 years in sales or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage pipeline and convert leads.
• Effective follow-up with calls, emails, texting.
• Experience running virtual demos and tailoring pricing.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation.
• End-to-end solution understanding and research.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Growth mindset and coachability.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first contact for new prospects; handle inbound demos and define next steps.
• Own pipeline hygiene in CRM.
• Progress leads through the funnel via active follow-ups (calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn).
• Run persuasive outreach to warm leads; schedule and conduct virtual demos.
• Partner with senior sales to hit revenue targets; share feedback to improve messaging and process
