Job summary

Concrete Careers is partnering with a leading technology provider serving the ready-mix concrete industry to hire Account Executives across the United States. This remote, territory-based role focuses on building relationships with producers and decision-makers while driving consultative, software-driven solutions.

You will develop opportunities, demonstrate batching/dispatching/ fleet management software, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
• Experience engaging multiple decision-makers through the sales process.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating technology solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to independently manage a sales territory.
• Willingness to travel about 50%.
• Residence near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with ready-mix concrete producers and key decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend technology solutions.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions related to batching, dispatching, fleet management, and operational efficiency.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal technical, implementation, and customer success teams.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospects and customers.
