Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a Master Scheduler to coordinate planning and scheduling for manufacturing and assembly onsite. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Quality and Sales to develop and execute master schedules that meet customer requirements.

You will own the Master Production Schedule, lead Capacity Requirements Planning, and present KPI data to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience with S&OP planning and forecasting.
• Experience in forecasting and cost accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns Master Production Schedule and slot plans for global products.
• Lead Capacity Requirements Planning and analyze planning data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to rolling six-month outlook.
• Gathers production metrics and reports KPIs to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity in MRP systems and translate forecast data to sourcing and manufacturing plans.
