Job summary

Royal Technologies in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead the master production schedule and capacity planning across internal and external sites. You will collaborate with S&OP teams and drive data-driven decisions to optimize production and inventory while ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in supply planning, production scheduling, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
3-5 years in supply chain (materials management, inventory, demand planning, procurement, SIOP).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills; ability to think strategically and execute.
Experience working in matrix environments and driving change across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead master production schedule and rough-cut capacity planning for internal and external sites.
Coordinate with S&OP and Sr Demand Planners to maintain capacity plans for medium/long-term demand.
Communicate schedule attainment and KPI trends to plant leadership and stakeholders.
Identify production constraints and coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production to resolve issues.
Maintain ERP data integrity and replenishment signals for smooth material flow.
Publish and update weekly/ daily production schedules to meet customer service goals.
