Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Production Planner to create and maintain detailed production schedules based on orders and material availability at our Wisconsin facilities. You will review inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and monitor WIP to address bottlenecks and changes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree preference and 2–4 years of planning experience, with strong ERP/MRP skills and the ability to read BOMs and routings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Epicor or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret BOMs and routings.
• Well-organized with good customer focus and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules from orders and material availability.
• Review and manage inventory to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure components are available for the plan.
• Monitor WIP and adjust schedule for bottlenecks or downtime.
• Assess capacity and adjust staffing, shifts, or machine use.
• Communicate schedule changes with supervisors and resolve conflicts.
• Track schedule adherence and identify root causes of delays.
• Support NPI by coordinating production readiness and routing setup.
• Maintain ERP data including routings, lead times, and work center capacities.
• Participate in continuous improvement of planning processes.
