Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Simi Valley, CA leads the plant SIOP process, translating the financial sales plan and customer demand into a buildable, capacity-aligned operating plan. You will coordinate across Operations, Materials, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and Quality to meet customer commitments and profitable growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years in SIOP/OPP, with a track record of turning demand into executable production plans in a complex manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive SIOP/OPP or similar experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience translating demand/financial plans into executable production and capacity plans.
• Experience in complex multi-product environments with capacity constraints and supply dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional processes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant SIOP cadence: demand review, supply/capacity review, gap resolution, leadership support.
• Convert financial outlook, backlog and customer demand into a rolling buildable plan by product family/value stream.
• Translate demand into units, hours, labor, equipment, material, supplier and OSP requirements.
• Identify constraints and countermeasures; maintain scenario plans for demand/fluctuations and supply risks.
• Integrate material availability, long-lead items, supplier capacity and lead times into the operating plan.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile operational capability with financial outlook and margins.
• Establish clear cross-functional commitments with owners and due dates; manage escalations.
• Improve planning standards, master data, analytics, metrics and visibility.
