Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Master Scheduler to coordinate planning and scheduling across manufacturing and assembly. You will partner with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Quality and Sales to align forecasts, capacity, and material requirements while managing backlog and schedule risks.

The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, extensive experience in S&OP, forecasting, and ERP/MRP data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or similar with 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) required.
• Forecasting and cost accounting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
• Experience with low volume/high mix production.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong influencing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of production and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP activities, manage material procurement timing and capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales to align production plan with demand.
• Review production schedules and determine material requirements.
• Adjust schedules to meet changes in customer needs.
• Assess impacts of demand changes on manufacturing and supply chain.
• Own Master Production Schedule and slot plans for global products.
• Lead CRP processes and provide updates to local management.
• Track progress, KPIs and report to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity in MRP systems.
• Forecast and translate data for sourcing and planning.
• Develop and adjust forecast for material and subassemblies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Production for rolling six-month outlook.
• Align capacity planning for sourcing and manufacturing.
• Understand capacity constraints and lead times.
• Support FP&A cycles for budgeting and inventory forecasting.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain value stream to meet planned requirements.
• Identify orders within lead times and countermeasure actions.
• Level load demand and identify peaks/valleys.
• Schedule jobs at each work center daily or by shift.
• Obtain feedback to update routings for setup, queue and run times.
